What insurances do you accept?

We accept several different OHP Plans, including OHP CareOregon, OHP Trillium, OHP Providence, OHP PacificSource (until Oct 31, 2026), OHP Columbia Pacific, OHP Open Card, OHP Intercommunity Health Network (INCHN), and OHP Yamhill. 
We also accept Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Providence, ASH / American Specialty Health, AETNA, PacificSource, TriWest VA CCN, Cigna, Noridian Medicare. 
We also accept all motor vehicle insurances such as State Farm, Geico, The General, Progressive, Travelers, USAA, and many more.We are not currently accepting Humana, Moda or OHP Moda, OHP OHSU, Kaiser or OHP Kaiser, or United Health Care (UHC).

Do you offer massage services?

Yes! We have 5+ massage therapists and chiropractic assistants working here that perform a range of different styles and techniques. We surely have somebody that can fit what you are looking for.

How soon can I get in!? What's your availability?

Accepted Answer

We likely have a few spots open for new patient exams within the next few days, occasionally same day or next day if there are cancellations. Our first appointment available for the day is 9am. The latest we can schedule you for an exam is 5:00 pm, and 5:30pm for follow up appointments.

Where are you located?

2305 SE Washington St ste 105, Milwaukie OR, 97222, right across the street from Milwaukie High School. We have ample free parking in the front and back. If you are taking the Max, you can exit at Milwaukie/Main St and we are less than a 5 minute walk. If you take the bus we are conveniently located right next to the SE Washington and 23rd bus stop or SE Washington and 25th bus stop, depending on which way you are coming from.

Are you accepting new patients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We should have availability for a new patient exam within the next few days. We may be able to get you in sooner (same day or next day) if we've had some cancellations.

Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

The only insurance plan that requires a referral is the VA / Triwest insurance plans. All OHP and private insurance plans do not need a referral for chiropractic or massage services! 🎉

Can I see you if I’m pregnant / postpartum?

Accepted Answer

Certainly! We have many patients that are currently pregnant or postpartum. You deserve some help with all the changes your body is going through! Chiropractic care and massage therapy can help alleviate back and hip pains, foot pain, sciatica, and many other problem areas that tend to show themselves throughout pregnancy.

Do you treat kids/teens?

Yes! We can help kids and teens throughout their budding journey of life as muscle and joint pains can be quite common during growth spurts or from all the activities they are involved in. Sports injuries are a common injury we treat here in our clinic for our younger populations, from sprains and strains to golfers elbow or tennis elbow, we've got you covered.
